AI Architect

Role Overview: As an AI Architect at CLOUDSUFI, you will play a key role in driving the AI strategy for customers in various sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, and Fintech. Your main responsibility will be to deliver large-scale AI transformation programs for multinational organizations, particularly Fortune 500 companies. You will lead a team of 10-25 Data Scientists to ensure the successful execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with the business objectives of customers - Lead large-scale AI transformation programs from ideation to execution - Manage a team of 15-20 Data Scientists, providing guidance and mentorship - Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies, contributing to the creation of knowledge repositories, templates, reports, and dashboards - Assign tasks, track deliverables, and remove impediments for team members - Monitor project progress and report to internal/external stakeholders - Provide feedback, coaching, and mentorship to team members - Assist other teams and Program Managers in estimating tasks for proposals - Participate in organizational development activities like interviews, CSR/Employee engagement, business events/conferences, and policy implementation as directed by the Management team Qualification Required: - Minimum 12+ years of experience in Data & Analytics domain with at least 3 years as AI Architect - Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics with a focus on deep learning, machine learning, Generative AI, and optimization - Experience presenting business transformation journeys using AI/Gen AI technology to C-Level Executives - Proven track record in delivering large-scale AI and Gen AI transformation programs for multinational organizations - Strong understanding of AI and Gen AI algorithms and techniques - Hands-on experience in open-source software development and cloud native technologies, especially on GCP tech stack - Proficiency in Python and major ML packages; proficiency in Neural Networks is desirable - Experience leading and managing teams of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts Additional Company Details (if present): CLOUDSUFI is a Data Science and Product Engineering organization that focuses on building products and solutions for Technology and Enterprise industries.
