Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI and Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python. The role involves developing AI algorithms, machine learning models, and backend services for personalized learning and adaptive assessment platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python.
• Design and implement AI algorithms and machine learning models.
• Integrate AI solutions with backend systems for personalized learning.
• Optimize backend performance and scalability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Python backend development.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML algorithms and model development.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture and API development.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualification

• B.Tech / BCA / MCA (Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field)
