- Deep expertise in Microsoft AI technologies including Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Agent SDK, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry and Semantic Kernel, with the ability to translate these platforms into real-world solutions.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering Copilot Agents using pro-code, including the development of custom connectors, plugins, and extensions to extend Microsoft 365 Copilot functionality.
- Strong programming ability in Python, C#, or Java, with hands-on experience working with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, and Semantic Kernel.
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-agent orchestration and building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise-scale AI applications.
- Practical experience implementing responsible AI practices, including safety, compliance, and data governance considerations in enterprise deployments.
Good to Have Skills & Certifications
- Broader cloud engineering proficiency on Azure, including services such as Cognitive Services, Synapse, Databricks, Azure SQL, and monitoring with Azure Monitor or Application Insights.
- Copilot Tuning expertise: configuring, fine-tuning, and optimizing Copilot behavior to align with specific enterprise use cases.
- Experience integrating Copilot APIs with business systems, workflows, and line-of-business applications.
- Microsoft Certifications: Azure AI Engineer Associate, AI-900 (Fundamentals), Azure Data Scientist Associate.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 extensibility patterns across Teams, SharePoint, and Viva, including app development and lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of enterprise-grade data governance, identity management, and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, architect, and deploy enterprise-ready Copilot Agents, leveraging Microsoft 365, Azure AI, and custom APIs to deliver measurable business value.
- Implement pro-code Copilot solutions such as connectors, plugins, and extensions that extend Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities in secure and scalable ways.
- Lead Copilot Tuning efforts to refine and optimize Copilot responses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client goals.
- Integrate Copilot Agents into enterprise workflows using Copilot APIs, Semantic Kernel, and Azure AI Services to create seamless business solutions.
- Work closely with product managers, architects, and client stakeholders to identify use cases, design solution blueprints, and deliver high-impact outcomes.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and iterate on agent performance using agile practices and enterprise evaluation frameworks.
- Champion and enforce responsible AI standards, ensuring security, compliance, accessibility, and ethical use in every deployment.
- Mentor and coach junior developers on AI agent development, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and best practices.
