Job Description: Agricultural Sales Executive – VIP Pipes (chhindwara)
Position Overview
VIP Pipes is seeking a proactive and driven Agricultural Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of agricultural pipes and fittings in chhindwara.
The role focuses on connecting with farmers, dealers, and distributors, ensuring that VIP Pipes becomes the trusted choice for irrigation and agricultural water management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell VIP Pipes’ agricultural products (PVC pipes, HDPE pipes, fittings, irrigation solutions) to farmers, retailers, and distributors.
- Conduct farmer meetings, product demos, and field visits to showcase pipe applications in irrigation and farming.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network in rural and semi-urban areas.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
- Achieve monthly/annual sales targets and ensure timely payment collection.
- Prepare sales reports and share updates with the regional sales manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or any discipline with interest in agri-sales.
- 1–3 years of experience in agricultural product sales (pipes, irrigation equipment, sprinkler pipes etc.).
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; local dialect knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to travel extensively within chhindwara and nearby districts.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
