Agriculture Analyst

As a Research Analyst in the Agri Business team, your role will involve conducting primary & secondary research, assessment, and analysis to prepare detailed reports and presentations. You will be expected to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will support key business decisions. Your strong analytic and research skills will be essential in this role. Additionally, you should possess an entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation and introduce new products in the agriculture domain. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct primary & secondary research - Analyze data for business insights - Develop and document business process models - Understand Value Chain Development - Create detailed documentation of business requirements Qualifications Required: - BSc in Agri and Allied - Masters in Agribusiness Management, Rural Management, or Food Technology In this role, your proficiency in research orientation, data analysis, and preparing technical reports will be crucial. Preferred skills include process improvement, supply chain management, and a strong understanding of farmer behavior, crop patterns, and structural aspects of the agriculture sector. On-ground experience in sales or product development will be an added advantage. Please note that proficiency in English and Hindi languages is required for effective communication in this role.
