Job Description

Krishikranti Organics is hiring Agri Sales Executives who are fluent in Tamil and Kannada to support our agri-input sales and farmer advisory operations. This role focuses on farmer interaction, crop guidance, and driving sales through structured communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with farmers
• Provide crop advisory and right product recommendations
• Promote agri-input products (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, etc.)
• Maintain customer records and follow-up calls
• Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams

Job Requirements

• Languages Required: Tamil & Kannada (Mandatory)
• Education: BSc / MSc / MBA in Agriculture or related field
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Agri Sales / Agri Advisory
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience preferred
