Job Description:
1. As an Agri Sales, your primary responsibilities will include:Directly engaging with farmers to understand and address their concerns effectively.2. Converting leads into sales by clearly communicating the value proposition of our products and services.3. Cultivating repeat business from existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities.4. Building strong relationships with existing customers to elevate them to key accounts through strategic engagement.5. Maintaining accurate and updated customer data within CRM software.

Skills -
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.2. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.3. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.4. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
