1. Technical coordination with head of department
2. Coordination with HOD and site in charge as well to the other department for smooth execution of task
3. Assisting to the HOD in Design Review, BOQ preparation, budgeting, Tendering and Project management.
4. Review & Check of BoQ according to the drawings and get the approval from HOD
5. Preparation and Submission of Weekly / monthly Progressive reports etc.
6. Verification & Certification of bills & Co-ordination regarding payments towards landscape works.
7. Documentation according to the companys standard and commitment towards Management.
8. Assisting in monitoring the soil and plant health especially regarding the soil salinity and pH and their effects on the plant growth and production.
9. Execution of task assign by HOD time to time
