Job Description

As a Service Delivery Manager, your role will involve managing HR operations for the staff deployed at Clients site. This includes handling employee grievances, liaising with Clients, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day interactions. You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies, drawing on your 10 years of experience in HR Operations within a manpower deployment company. Key Responsibilities: - Manage HR operations for staff deployed at Clients site - Liaise with Clients and handle their queries - Resolve employee grievances at Clients site - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR strategies Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate - Good communication skills and e-mail ethics - Proficiency in MS Office with a strong command of Excel features such as Vlookup, Pivot Table, Filters, Sorting, data merge, datasheets management - Openness to travel as needed Please note that this is a full-time position with in-person work location.,
