Efficient Material Flow Professional Suppliers with improved SQDC Performance month on month. Contract Negotiation Sign Contracts looking at QCD Parameters benefiting to Sulzer in a long run Rationalize Supplier From spent analysis fix and reduce the number of Suppliers in all commodities. Mitigate Risk Debottleneck critical Suppliers, Capacity increase at Suppliers, Add long term suppliers Desired experience and qualifications Work experience : 15+ Yrs from Commercial Sourcing, Product Costing, Vendor Negotiation, VA VE Expertise (e.g., professional, technical): Procurement functions of Manufacturing Auto Industries Education: B Tech Mechanical, Certifications: Should Costing, Commodity Cost reduction Languages: English, Hindi, Fluent in both languages Soft skills: MS Office, SAP, BI, Other: Capable of Handling Supplier Spent of > 500 Crore. Proficient managing Suppliers, Challenging Suppliers on Cost, Bringing new technologies. People Manager, Developing Team, proactively drives change, Applies Lean. Decision taking, Prioritizes Sales Tendering & Factory needs in terms of Cost & Delivery Additional details Travel requirement: Visit to Supplier place for Audits, Assessment, Performance improvement. Other: Must be from Manufacturing Industries, Auto is preferred. Must have hand on Costing
