We have been mandated by a large conglomerate into Iron & Steel business for the below mentioned role.

Position Name : AGM - Mechanical - Project & Maintenance - Power Plant ( CPP )

Location : Jamshedpur

Qualification : Diploma/B.Tech ( Mechanical )

Experience : 17 to 21 Yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire Power plant Project & Maintenance activities.
• Ensuring smooth plant operations and generation & supply of steam & Power as per the operating parameter with safety and environment norms.
• Monitored and operated boilers, turbines, wells, and auxiliary powerplant equipment.
• Conduct OSHA safety audits, investigations of all incidents, and developed action plans to achieve/enhance compliance and sustainability.
• Maintain databases to monitor equipment performance, physical plant preventive maintenance requirements, repair schedules and future maintenance needs.
• Provide compliance with applicable governmental regulation including federal, state and local authorities and or regulatory agencies.
• .Responsible for the safe, smooth & trouble free operation of CFBC, Steam Turbine, Auxiliary Cooling water system, Fly ash handling system, Fuel Handling System etc.
• Ensuring safe start-up and shutdown of power plant along with meeting generation schedules.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for maintenance activities in Turbine Area.
• Plan the maintenance activities with contractors.
