Job Description

The role requires you to supervise and handle matters before Revenue Authorities such as SR, Tehsildar, DC, Land Acquisition authorities, and other Local authorities concerning Title, Ownership, and Approvals. You will need to maintain positive and professional relationships with these authorities. Additionally, you will be responsible for the reconciliation of Land Parcels and drafting requisition communications and related documents. A strong understanding of revenue codes and location legislations in Haryana is essential. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and fluency in both written and spoken Hindi and English. Please note that candidates exclusively from the Real Estate industry will be considered for this position.,
