Key Responsibilities

Brand Technical Oversight

• Act as the Brand representative ensuring uniform quality standards across all Shahi factories.
• Engage from the

  Sampling/RA (Risk Analysis) stage

  , review garment construction, and coordinate required changes with Buyer Tech.
• Finalize production processes and SOPs at sampling stage in collaboration with factory Tech and central technical teams.
• Ensure all factories strictly follow the approved SOP chart.

Factory Quality Governance

• Verify SOP implementation during factory visits; highlight deviations and ensure corrective actions.
• Ensure customer requirements are accurately executed at each stage of production.
• Cross-check FCQA reports/files during visits to ensure reporting consistency among factories.

Performance Review & KPI Monitoring

• Review weekly and monthly Quality KPIs of all factories, including:
• TOP trending issues
• RFT Pass %
• OQL & DHU performance
• Conduct weekly/monthly reviews with factory QA teams to freeze top issues and drive improvements.

FCQA/NQA Oversight & Capability Building

• Evaluate performance of all factory FCQA/NQA teams through data review and on-ground audits.
• Educate FCQA/NQA teams on issue-resolution methods and quality improvement techniques.
• Conduct weekly/monthly alignment meetings with all FCQA to understand factory concerns and quality risks.
• Communicate brand-driven changes or new requirements to all FCQA/NQA teams.

Customer Feedback & Complaint Handling

• Review all customer complaints related to SOP deviation or quality defects.
• Drive root cause analysis and ensure preventive actions are deployed across all relevant factories.

Quality Governance Goal

• Ensure

  Zero External Failures / Chargebacks

  due to quality issues.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of buyer standards, SOP governance, RA, and sampling-to-bulk technical processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to influence factory teams and drive standardization across multiple units.
