Dear Candidate, We are looking for a seasoned Embedded Software Expert with a strong foundation in MATLAB/Simulink-based development and experience in leading teams, managing projects, and driving innovation in embedded systems design. Roles & Responsibilities: MATLAB, Simulink & Stateflow | Model-based Design | MIL/SIL Testing Auto Code Generation (Embedded Coder) Control Systems (Closed Loop / PID) Embedded C/C++/ASM, Embedded Linux Communication Protocols: CAN (J1939), UDS, SPI, UART, MQTT, etc. Architectures: ARM, x51, x86, PIC, STM32 OS: VxWorks, QNX, Embedded Linux (RTOS) Tools: Eclipse, Keil, CodeWarrior, INCA, CANalyzer, Canoe, NI, dSPACE Version Control: SVN, ClearCase, JIRA, DOORS Dev Methodologies: Agile (Scrum), Waterfall Skills: Proven technical leadership (vertical & cross-functional communication) Strong experience in building & mentoring teams Excellent organizational & project management skills Flexible, self-motivated, and outcome-driven.
