Role: AGM/DGM Channel Sales & Marketing Exp 10-20 Yrs. Location: Gurugram HR Domain: Luxury Residential Developments Job Objective: Generate and periodically increase revenue thru Primary Sales from existing and New channel Partners from the area of responsibility for Luxury Residential, Group Housing and Township Project. Role & responsibilities: 1. Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory & manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue. 2. Sales, Marketing and Business Development for Residential -Commercial Projects of Company in NCR - Northern India. 3. Responsible for Primary sales for the assigned projects 4. Identify and explore new channel partners 5. Showcase Project Walkthrough to Corporate & Institutional Clients. 6. Responsible for Primary sales for the assigned projects 7. Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals & analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness. 8. Handling HNI and Super HNI clients on daily basis. 9. Communicate up- date information about new products and enhancements to partners & develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities. 10. Valuate Channel partner sales performance and recommend improvements & Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered. 11. Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner & manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities. 12.Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business and stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities. 13.Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricing & Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences. 14. Coordination with the CRM department and ensuring that the all customer queries are forwarded them well in time to enable them to address and resolve the issues at the earliest, submitting the MIS to the management. 15. Responding to client criticism and comments in a positive approach & assisting manager in tasks such as recruiting, training, developing business plan and so on. 16.Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricing & Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences. 17. Maintain good relationship and harmony with existing and new channel partners. 18.Generate revenue thru repeat orders from channel partners 19.Follow up and closure of issues in pipe line with channel partners 20. Monitoring competition activities and emerging market trends and provide inputs 21. Managing and coordinating sales and marketing activities with various stakeholders and partners for road show/events Preferred candidate profile: Prior Experience in Real Estate Developments desired Primary Sales, Channel Sales and New Channel Developments Pre Sales, Post Sales services and Client Relations management Self-confidence with presentable personality with good communication skills Outgoing personality with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
