AGM- Core,IN&VAS

As a TL Circle Core Field Ops at Vodafone Idea Limited, your role involves being responsible for hardware and software maintenance of all Core Nodes deployed at the location. This includes Core nodes like MSS/MGW/GCS/GMGW of Nokia and Ericsson, UDR HLR Set up of Nokia, and Nokia VOLTE Set up. Your key responsibilities include: - Maintaining 100% uptime of all Core Nodes. - Managing MSS and MGW Hardware n Spare. - Performing Periodic Core Nodes System and External Backup. - Addressing Customer Complaints effectively. - Integrating POI, BSC, and RNC with Core Nodes. - Configuring Core Nodes on a daily basis. - Ensuring Network Performance KPIs are met. - Providing support for New Nodes Integration and Commissioning. - Assisting in MOP integration and related activities. - Handling Care Cases and Operational Emergencies. Your technical competencies should include: - Hands-on experience with CS Core nodes of Nokia or Ericsson. - In-depth knowledge of Call flow of 2G, 3G, 4G, and VOLTE. - Proficiency in Nokia UDR command line and VOLTE nodes. - Familiarity with PACO and/or IP domain would be a plus. Qualifications required for this role: - B.E in Electronics and Communication. - Strong technical skills and knowledge of Core networks. - Experience in managing a team. - Willingness to learn and go the extra mile to deliver exceptional results.
