Diagnosing and resolution of reported service faults 3. Engaging with customers directly to quickly get to the root of their problem 4. Taking a customer through a series of actions to resolve a problem 5. Provide support in the form of procedural documentation 6. Managing multiple tickets/issues at one time 7. Showing a passion for continued learning, staying abreast of new technology and techniques 8. Manage your own workload by accurately gauging timelines and meeting deadlines 9. Work across teams and communicate with leadership, product owners, and other technologists Technical Skills: 1. Experience in Core network/Paco operation will be preferred 2. Certification in Microsoft, Linux, Network Plus or Cisco is advantageous 3. Experience with network monitoring software, IP network and applications to read logs (Wireshark) 4. Experience with running trace logs for telecom troubleshooting 5. Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk or ticket tracking best practice 6. Knowledge of GSM Network / WCDMA network / 3G/LTE network/ service applications characteristics and capabilities is preferable but not mandatory. external networks with global Shell assets and subject matter experts Develop competencies within the APC and process control team, improve ways of working with Shell assets, involve in quality improvement initiatives and support team members on projects to enhance their technical knowledge What you bring Preferably with a bachelors or masters degree in in chemical engineering, process engineering, or a related field Proven relevant experience in the oil and gas sector, with a focus on APC implementation. Strong knowledge of process automation, control, and optimization (PACO). Experience in DCS skills related to APC pre commissioning activities e.g. Honeywell, Yokogawa, Emerson etc. Experience of working as a technologist, process control and automation is preferable. Proficiency in APC software and tools, PACE, SMOC, DMC, Profit Suite/RMPCT or relevant Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. About The Role : To be successful in the role you must have : Deployment, Integration and Acceptance of Packet Core Nodes which should primarily include. Work experience on Nokia products is preferred. CMM CMG , AMF/MME, SMF/UPF,PGW/SGW,NRF/NSSF, CHF,PCRF / PCF, ePDG / WMG, 5G NSA/SA, Should have end to end understanding the Packet Core Solutions. Cloud environment and understanding of how EPC solutions can be deployed over cloud. Nokia preference to be covered Should have deep knowledge of 4G and 5G call flows, and overall understanding of the newest technologies in the Telecom space including VoLTE, VoWiFi, IoT etc. Solid grasp of mobile network and LTE & 5G specifications on Radio Access Network aspects Expertise in RHOSP / VMWARE / CEE /Docker/Containers/Kubernetes over NCS / Dell / HP. Should understand onboarding, integration of EPC on the Cloud environment. Minimum of 5 years of Telecom experience in the EPC network space with at least 2 years in an packet core 5G & 4G Deployment, Integration role in.
