As a Project Manager in this role, your main focus will be to own and ensure the end-to-end delivery of projects within estimated timelines and quality standards. Your aim should always be towards implementing a wow factor in the projects, leaving a lasting impact. Key Responsibilities: - Devise the sequence of various activities to be conducted on site in coordination with key stakeholders. - Ensure project profitability through budget adherence, checking of estimates, BOQs, BOMs, and regular auditing of materials at sites. - Timely planning of construction with respect to annual targets, ensuring completion with desired quality within budgeted cost. - Coordinate with the purchase team to facilitate vendor enrollment, manage costs, obtain approvals via Far vision, and ensure coordination between BO & HO. - Take responsibility for safety, staffing, training & development of site staff, and ensure compliance with all required legal statutory regulations. Qualifications Required: - Civil Engineer with 18 to 23 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in engineering (full-time/regular). - Passion for quality and an eye for minute detailing are prerequisites for this position. - Understanding of MS Projects preferred. - Experience in handling multiple projects. - Success measured by achieving customer delight and consistently meeting project objectives.
