As a Project Manager in this role, you will have a significant impact by: - Owning and ensuring end-to-end delivery of projects within estimated timelines and quality standards. - Devising the sequence of various activities to be conducted on-site in coordination with key stakeholders. - Being responsible for achieving profitability of the project through budget adherence, checking estimates, BOQs, BOMs, and regular auditing of materials at sites. - Ensuring timely planning of construction in line with annual targets, completing projects with desired quality within budgeted cost. - Coordinating with the purchase team, facilitating vendor enrollment, managing costs, approvals via Far vision, and fostering coordination between BO and HO. - Taking charge of safety, staffing, training, and development of site staff while ensuring compliance with all required legal statutory regulations. We are looking for a candidate who: - Is a civil engineer with 18 to 23 years of experience and holds a bachelor's degree in engineering (full-time/regular). - Has a passion for quality, an eye for detail, and proficiency in MS Projects. - Has experience in handling multiple projects and measures success by achieving customer delight and meeting numerical targets. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday, with a performance bonus. Please note that the work location is in person.
