As an Assistant General Manager - Admin, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. Your role will involve working on a one-to-one basis on various tasks related to work life and communication, requiring a high level of trust and authority to drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects. - Act as the primary liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment with objectives. - Manage daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize time and productivity. - Oversee coordination between departments, ensuring timely execution of tasks, compliance with processes, and alignment with company goals. - Organize and maintain all official and personal documents with confidentiality and accuracy. - Monitor ongoing projects, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met, escalating issues when necessary. - Assist in strategic planning by reviewing reports (including MIS) and providing actionable insights for company growth. - Create spreadsheets and presentation information for client meetings. - Prepare presentations for ongoing and upcoming projects. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant field. - Preferred experience in data management, document creation, and file organization using MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word/Google Docs, and Google Drive. - Confidence and professionalism with a presentable appearance.
