Job Description

Role Overview: As a liaison between customers and the Wipro delivery team, your role involves comprehending and analyzing customer requirements and effectively articulating them to the delivery teams. Your main responsibility is to ensure the right solutions are provided to the customers. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories - Proficiency in data analysis, documentation, and solution design - Familiarity with tech stacks and integration patterns - Conduct daily standups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's goals - Advocate for the team's needs and ensure necessary resources are available - Encourage collaboration within the Scrum team and across the organization - Guide the team to follow Scrum principles and values - Identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable steps for future sprints - Regularly analyze burndown charts and planning tools to track progress Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks (such as Scrum or Kanban) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and facilitate meetings effectively - Problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous learning Additional Details: Wipro is on a journey to reinvent itself and is seeking individuals who are inspired by reinvention.
