Join us at GlobalLogic and become an essential member of the team dedicated to a significant software project for a renowned company offering M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules to industries such as automotive, healthcare, and logistics. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing end-user modules" firmware, implementing new features, ensuring compatibility with the latest telecommunication and industry standards, and analyzing and estimating customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include transforming up to 3 Agile Teams and setting up new Agile Teams. You will facilitate team-level agile events, workshops, and coaching sessions, document agile methodologies, templates, and outputs, and provide product team delivery metrics and health reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for the agile maturity and continuous improvement plans of the product teams. You will define and own agile best practices at the team level, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and collaboration with the Product Owner. Your role will involve coaching the Product Owner and team on agile ways of working, best practices, and mindset to support product management routines and enhance expertise across the team. As an Agilist at GlobalLogic, you will advocate for a whole, healthy team, maintain the team roster, protect sprints from disruptions, and manage risks and dependencies to improve delivery and execution. You will also be responsible for team-level agile events and practices such as daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, and dependency maps. Furthermore, you will create and execute agile surveys and retrospectives at the team level to inform agile roadmaps and establish and monitor team-level agile metrics to enhance the discovery and delivery of the team related to customer outcomes and continuous improvement.
