Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the role includes (but is not limited to):

  • Lead and manage complex global projects in Power electronics domain
  • Possess strong knowledge in the end-to-end product development lifecycle specific to power electronics products and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend and integrate diverse functional domains for project delivery—such as Electrical, Firmware, Mechanical, Regulatory, Industrialization, and Supply Chain
  • Drive cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards
  • Proactively Anticipate project risks, conduct risk management sessions, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and align with financial controllers
  • Work with Industrialization and supply chain team to transfer the product to manufacturing
  • Provide leadership and decision-making support in complex project scenarios.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution and team performance.
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to best practices.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role

  • Desired Qualifications / Requirements

    • BE/B Tech Electrical/ Electronics/Mechanical
    • Must be PMP certified, CSM/PSM certification is added advantage
    • Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in working with R&D or Product development domain
    • Proven track record in handling complex global projects
    • Good Analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent oral & written communication in English.
