As a Program Manager cum Senior Scrum Master at Cprime, your role will involve leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex programs. You will be responsible for ensuring the programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational strategic goals and Enterprise Architecture principles. - Developing and maintaining comprehensive program roadmaps, detailed project plans, and resource allocation strategies. - Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks and issues, and implementing effective contingency plans. - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with all program stakeholders, providing regular, transparent, and accurate program status updates. - Expertly facilitating all Scrum ceremonies for multiple teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles. - Identifying, tracking, and removing impediments that hinder team progress, and facilitating collaboration and communication across multiple Scrum teams and departments. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. - Knowledge/experience with Enterprise Architecture concepts, principles, and frameworks such as TOGAF. - Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale software development programs using agile methodologies. - Expertise in various agile frameworks, strong understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices. - Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and strong stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications may include certifications like PMP, CSP-SM, PSM II/III, SSM, exposure to Enterprise Architecture frameworks, and experience in organizational change management and Agile transformation initiatives.
