Agile Product Management Lead Analyst

Role Overview: As an Agile Product Management Lead Analyst at Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, you will play a key role in planning and delivering initiatives with creativity, foresight, and judgment. You will focus on providing thought leadership and working on broader projects that require an understanding of the wider business landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Produce clearly defined requirements that can be refined in user story format acceptable to stakeholders and scrum team resulting in a backlog depth of at least 1.5-2 sprints of ready-to-work stories. - Deliver specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor supporting the full software lifecycle of design, development, testing, and support for technical delivery. - Own the product development lifecycle of assigned product or capability areas, including status reports. - Understand technology systems and customer journeys impacted by the product/capability area. - Understand trends and metrics associated with the product/capability area. - Translate business objectives into effective communication strategies and agile implementations. - Initiate new business cases via ideation/brainstorming and stakeholder engagement. - Participate in daily team standup meetings where you'll give and receive updates on the current backlog and challenges. Qualifications Required: - Experience with Jira, SQL. - Knowledge of agile software development life cycle methodology. - Prior industry experience (Pharmacy, Healthcare, etc.) preferred. - Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Must have good communication skills both verbal and written.,
