Key Responsibilities: Conceptualization and Content Drafting: Collaborate with the Learning & Development team and Client toBrainstorm content ideas and develop creative conceptsDraft content e-g scripts, storyboard for videos, presentation content Content Development: Create engaging content using AI-assisted tools, Content Format: Create content in the required content format Videos, PowerPoint Presentations and Documents Visual Design: Incorporate graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video appeal, Audio Editing: Ensure high-quality audio by editing and mixing sound effects and music, AI Tool Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI -based creation tools and techniques, Quality Assurance and CollaborationEnsure all content meet quality standards through rigorous quality checks and refinementsCollaborate with subject matter experts, markets, and other stakeholders to align on content needs and objectivesContribute to cross-market communication and knowledge sharing to drive consistency and innovation, Project Management: Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, Qualifications: Any Bachelors degree in (preferred Film Production, Visual Communications, Media Studies, or a related field), Years of experience: at least 5 Years in a role involving video generation, creation of short format video content, micro learning modules with short development time, engaging PowerPoint Presentations, Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging content, Familiarity with AI-assisted video creation tools such as Synthesia, Pictory, Descript, or similar platforms, Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, Excellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, Show
