Key Responsibilities: Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas, and following the software development lifecycle. Determine feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Understand business needs and create tools to manage them. Participate in educational opportunities, read professional publications, maintain personal networks, and participate in professional organizations. Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and issues while protecting IT assets by keeping information confidential. Improve applications by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes. Define applications and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to applications, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context. Define Nonfunctional Requirements (NFRs). Understand multiple architectures and how to apply architecture to solutions. Understand programming and testing standards and industry standards for traditional and agile development. External Qualifications and Competencies Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Force.com, Lightning, LWC, Apex, CICD, COPADO, Jenkins, DevOps is mandatory. Agile Systems Thinking: Embracing a holistic approach to analysis that focuses on the way that a systems constituent parts interrelate and how systems work over time and within the context of larger systems. Agile Testing: Leading a cross-functional agile team with special expertise contributed by testers working at a sustainable pace, delivering business value desired by the customer at frequent intervals. Regulatory Risk Compliance Management: Evaluating the design and effectiveness of controls against established industry frameworks and regulations to assess adherence with legal/regulatory requirements. Solution Functional Fit Analysis: Composing and decomposing a system into its component parts to study how well the component parts were designed, purchased, and configured to interact holistically. Solution Modeling: Creating, designing, and formulating models, diagrams, and documentation using industry standards, tools, version control, and build and test automation. Values Differences: Recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization. Additional Responsibilities Unique to this Position Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS. Certification: Salesforce certification is mandatory. Knowledge/Skills: Experience with the Salesforce.com platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, etc. Proficiency in Lightning Pages, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, API, Flows, LWC, Web Services (SOAP & REST), Angular framework, and Java. Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and tools like GUS and JIRA. Strong communication skills to communicate at all levels. Proactive approach to problem-solving. Follow release management CI/CD code deployment process to migrate code changes.
