Additional Responsibilities Unique to this Position Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS. Certification: Salesforce certification is mandatory. Knowledge/Skills: Experience with the Salesforce.com platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, etc. Proficiency in Lightning Pages, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, API, Flows, LWC, Web Services (SOAP & REST), Angular framework, and Java. Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and tools like GUS and JIRA. Strong communication skills to communicate at all levels. Proactive approach to problem-solving. Follow release management CI/CD code deployment process to migrate code changes.
