Agents/Dispatchers - Towing and Roadside

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers requesting towing and roadside assistance
• Collect essential information such as location, vehicle type, and service needed
• Utilize dispatch software to record service requests and dispatch appropriate personnel
• Coordinate the timely arrival of service providers to customer locations
• Provide customers with updates on estimated arrival times and service status
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of all interactions and service requests
• Work collaboratively with drivers and other team members to enhance service delivery
• Maintain a professional demeanor while managing high-volume call scenarios
  

Requirements

• Prior experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role within the towing or roadside assistance industry is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using computer systems and dispatch software
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
