Job Title: Agentic AI Trainer

Job Overview:
Datavalley.ai seeks an experienced Agentic AI Trainer to deliver our comprehensive Agentic AI curriculum, designed for beginners with no prior AI background. The role involves teaching core concepts like AI agents, LLMs, NLP, RAG, multi-agent systems, and workflow automation using tools such as CrewAI and n8n.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct interactive training sessions covering 11 modules, including Python foundations, agentic AI basics, prompt engineering, context management, RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, multi-agent coordination, A2A/MCP protocols, and n8n workflows.
• Guide learners through hands-on mini-projects in each module, focusing on tool-driven implementations like API integrations, vector databases, and collaborative agent teams.
• Facilitate high-level understanding of agent architectures, memory systems, semantic search, and real-world workflow integration while ensuring practical, beginner-friendly delivery.

Required Qualifications :

• 2-3 years of experience training on AI topics, preferably Agentic AI, LLMs, or automation tools, with proven ability to teach beginners.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum topics: NLP fundamentals (tokenization, embeddings), transformers, RAG, CrewAI, n8n, A2A/MCP protocols, and Python basics for AI.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts simply, with experience in prompt optimization, agent design patterns, and mini-project facilitation.

Preferred Skills :

• Familiarity with agent ecosystems, workflow design, human-in-the-loop integration, and error handling in AI systems.
• Ability to customize sessions for tech professionals, incorporating live demos and real-world use cases.
