Where do you come into the picture?

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ai Agentic Specialist to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Output .

We are seeking an Agentic AI Specialist to join our growing Fintech & AI team. In this role, you will develop AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making, with a focus on optimizing Point-of-Sale (POS) operations, inventory management, and real-time integrations.

You will work on building intelligent task agents that can think, act, and make safe decisions across multiple steps with seamless interaction across APIs, analytics tools, and hardware triggers.

What would a day in your life @ branchX look like?

Our ideal Ai Agentic Specialist will have:

• Build and deploy

  autonomous task agents

  for use in operations like POS and inventory management
• Design agent workflows that support

  multi-step reasoning

  and

  safe decision-making

• Connect agents to

  external APIs

  ,

  analytics dashboards

  , and

  hardware events/triggers

• Maintain and improve

  agent reliability

  , responsiveness, and performance in production
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and system engineers to embed AI agents into business systems

Required Skills:

• Experience with

  LangChain

  ,

  CrewAI

  , or

  AutoGPT

  frameworks
• Understanding of

  reinforcement learning

  or reward-based agent training
• Familiarity with

  event-driven architectures

  and async systems
• Strong in

  Python programming

  and API integration
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills, especially in live environments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
  
• 35 years of experience working with AI/ML systems, with at least 12 years focused on agent-based or autonomous systems
