Job Description

Role Overview

Senior Applied AI Systems & MLOps Engineer

Responsibilities

Architect and implement
multi-agent workflows
using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom frameworks.
Deploy and fine-tune
LLMs (Hugging Face Transformers)
on AWS/GCP and GPU clusters.
Build APIs and backend services to integrate agents with external systems.
Design
CI/CD pipelines
and manage the full ML lifecycle (data → training → deployment → monitoring).
Ensure
observability & reliability
with logging, tracing, dashboards, and evaluation pipelines.
Optimize
resource utilization, scaling, and cost
for AI workloads.
Mentor junior engineers and guide technical direction.

Required Skills

4–7 years
in AI/ML engineering, MLOps, or backend systems.
Strong in
Python
, OOP concepts, and modular software design.
Hands-on with
Hugging Face Transformers
and LLM deployment.
Experience with
AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes
, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker).

Nice to Have

Experience with
cost optimization, vector databases, GPU clusters
.
Contributions to
open-source AI/agentic frameworks
.
Exposure to
observability stacks
(Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
Startup or applied research background.
