Role & Responsibilities

• Upgrade existing solutions/tools to

  Gen AI & Agentic AI architectures

• Convert applications into

  cloudnative

  , interoperable systems
• Build application components in

  Agentic Mode

• Lead and guide a team of junior developers
• Ensure code delivery meets

  SSA compliance standards

• Execute and manage

  CI/CD pipelines

• Manage

  versioning & releases

  of components / products
• Handle

  deployment and support

  activities

Technical & Analytical Skills

Main Skills / Required Technical Skill Set

• Python Programming, RAG Concepts, LangChain
• Agentic AI Design Patterns, LangGraph / AutoGen / CrewAI
• Multistack development: Python, .NET, Angular / Node.js
• Cloud Tech & APIs:

  GCP, Azure, AWS

  (priority order)
• GenAI technologies, LLM handling, RAG queries
• Prompt engineering: prompt design, optimization, nshots
• Working with databases (SQL / NoSQL)
• Ability to create technical design specifications

MustHave Competencies

• Cloud native services, including

  GenAI Cloud services

• Security & complianceready coding (SSA standards)
• Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• Multicloud / hybrid cloud exposure
• Experience working with multiple LLMs (SLMs a plus)
