As an Agentic AI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and deploying intelligent agents capable of autonomous decision-making, tool usage, and multi-step task execution. Your passion for cutting-edge AI, coupled with your experience in working with large language models and agent frameworks, will be instrumental in driving innovation in this field. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK - Integrate agents with external tools, APIs, and databases - Develop workflows for autonomous task execution and error handling - Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and memory management - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align agent capabilities with business goals - Monitor and maintain deployed agents in production environments **Qualifications Required:** - Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) - Familiarity with agent frameworks and orchestration tools - Good Knowledge in Agentic AI - Experience with API integration, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) - Understanding of autonomous systems, decision trees, and reinforcement learning (a plus) - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills In addition, experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), a background in machine learning or NLP research, and contributions to open-source AI projects are considered nice-to-have for this role.,
