Agentic AI Developer

As an Agentic AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying intelligent agents capable of autonomous decision-making, tool usage, and multi-step task execution. Your expertise in cutting-edge AI technologies and experience with large language models and agent frameworks will be crucial for the successful execution of this role. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK. You will also be required to integrate agents with external tools, APIs, and databases, develop workflows for autonomous task execution, and optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and memory management. Collaboration with product and engineering teams to align agent capabilities with business goals and monitoring and maintaining deployed agents in production environments will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you must possess a strong proficiency in Python and have experience working with LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, and Gemini. Familiarity with agent frameworks and orchestration tools, experience with API integration, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) are essential requirements. An understanding of autonomous systems, decision trees, and reinforcement learning would be a plus. Additionally, excellent problem-solving and communication skills are necessary for this role. While not mandatory, experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), a background in machine learning or NLP research, and contributions to open-source AI projects would be considered advantageous in this position.,
