Agentic AI Developer

In this role as an Agentic AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing agentic AI systems using React frameworks. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing agentic AI systems using ReAct (Reasoning and Acting) frameworks - Implementing multi-agent systems for complex educational workflows - Building and optimizing LLM-powered agents for document analysis, student communication, and decision-making - Developing agent orchestration systems for multi-step educational processes - Integrating AI agents with existing educational technology platforms - Fine-tuning language models for education-specific use cases - Implementing agent monitoring, evaluation, and continuous learning systems - Researching and implementing the latest developments in agentic AI and autonomous systems To qualify for this role, you should have: - 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on LLMs and autonomous systems - Hands-on experience with React framework or similar agentic AI patterns - Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.) - Deep understanding of LLM concepts such as prompting, fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases - Experience with prompt engineering and chain-of-thought reasoning - Knowledge of reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems - Experience with cloud AI services (OpenAI API, Anthropic, Google AI, etc.) - Strong understanding of NLP fundamentals and transformer architectures Preferred qualifications include experience with educational content analysis, conversation AI, MLOps, AI ethics, graph databases, and multi-modal AI systems.
