Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to design and develop Agentic AI architectures that can autonomously plan, reason, and execute tasks. You will collaborate with colleagues globally to implement multi-agent communication protocols for agent-to-agent collaboration and coordination. Additionally, you will work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as LLaMA and GPT for language understanding, generation, and task planning. Your role will involve developing and integrating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance the reasoning capability of agents with external knowledge. Furthermore, you will be responsible for fine-tuning foundational models for specific domains, tasks, or use cases and experimenting with lightweight models for efficiency in real-time or on-device scenarios. Collaboration with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Product Teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop Agentic AI architectures for autonomous task execution - Implement multi-agent communication protocols for collaboration and coordination - Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as LLaMA and GPT for language understanding and task planning - Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance agent reasoning with external knowledge - Fine-tune foundational models for specific domains, tasks, or use cases - Experiment with lightweight models for efficiency in real-time or on-device scenarios - Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Product Teams for end-to-end AI solutions Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of proven experience in developing and deploying Agentic AI systems - Strong experience with LLMs, particularly Metas LLaMA family or similar models - Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and related tools like LangChain, Haystack, etc. - Knowledge and experience in model fine-tuning using frameworks like HuggingFace Transformers, PEFT, or LoRA - Experience in implementing agent-to-agent communication frameworks and multi-agent task handling systems - Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, etc. - Familiarity with prompt engineering and chaining logic for LLMs Additional Details (if present in JD): Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner that helps organizations accelerate their transition to a digital and sustainable world.
