Agentic AI Developer

Salary range: Rs 2500000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 25-30 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement agentic AI systems leveraging Azure OpenAI and GPT-based models
• Build intelligent agent frameworks using tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or custom-designed solutions
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Azure Cognitive Search or vector DBs to enable grounded, high-accuracy responses
• Deploy, maintain, and monitor models using Azure Machine Learning with a focus on scalability and reliability
• Create orchestration workflows using Azure Bot Service, Logic Apps, or similar automation platforms
• Implement semantic search and vector database solutions (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Cosmos DB with vector search)
• Design and deliver cloud-native microservices and APIs that support large-scale AI agent systems
• Rapidly prototype new agentic capabilities and iterate based on user and business feedback
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions that align with strategic objectives
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6-8+ years of hands-on development experience in Python, C#, or Node.js with strong backend fundamentals
• Practical expertise in the Azure AI ecosystem — Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure ML, and surrounding services
• Proven capability to build agentic frameworks using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or equivalent tools
• Solid understanding of vector databases and semantic retrieval technologies (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
• Strong command over API development, microservices, and cloud-native architectural patterns
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality prototypes and production-grade AI components
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Ready to join immediately or within a short notice period, enabling quick onboarding into active AI initiatives
