As an AI developer at Quale Infotech, you will be part of the AI team dedicated to creating cutting-edge enterprise AI tools. Your primary responsibility will involve harnessing machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data technologies to develop intelligent analytics solutions that drive business insights and decision-making processes. - Develop multi-agent AI workflows for autonomous decision-making and task execution. - Facilitate agent-to-agent communication. - Integrate large language models (LLMs), APIs, environments, or agents to enhance execution and decision-making capabilities. - Optimize AI models for improved performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness. - Monitor AI behavior to ensure security, privacy, and ethical AI practices across all deployments. - Implement RAG pipelines to enhance contextual retrieval and knowledge grounding. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing features and develop new ones. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Mathematics, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Python programming and knowledge of ML frameworks are essential requirements. Familiarity with Agentic frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks, as well as LLM orchestration, will be beneficial. A problem-solving mindset is a critical attribute for success in this role.
