Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Agentforce (Salesforce AI) Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in building, deploying, and optimizing AI Agents within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have proven project-level experience with Agentforce, solid exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, and relevant certifications (mandatory).

This role involves designing intelligent conversational experiences, integrating AI with CRM workflows, managing enterprise-scale data models, and driving real-time personalization.

Key Responsibilities

Agentforce (Salesforce AI)

• Design, build, and deploy AI Agents using Agentforce.
  
• Develop and optimize conversational flows, intents, and prompt strategies.
  
• Implement secure and compliant AI solutions using Einstein Trust Layer.
  
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce CRM workflows and third-party APIs.
  
• Create and manage Agent Actions to automate business processes.
  
• Monitor, fine-tune, and continuously improve AI Agent performance and accuracy.
  

Salesforce Data Cloud

• Design and manage scalable Data Cloud models, including harmonized data structures.
  
• Implement identity resolution, unification, and customer 360 profile building.
  
• Handle data ingestion processesbatch, streaming, and real-time sources.
  
• Build and optimize segments, audiences, and activation workflows.
  
• Enable real-time personalization across Salesforce channels.
  
• Apply best practices in data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
  
• Use SQL, Query Builder, and transformation pipelines for advanced data processing.
  
• Work with Data Streams, Data Lake Objects, Data Model Objects.
  
• Configure and optimize Search Indexes, Retrievers, and discovery components.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory certification(s) in Agentforce or Salesforce AI.
  
• 7+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in Agentforce / Salesforce AI.
  
• Strong practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and large-scale data models.
  
• Hands-on experience integrating APIs, enterprise CRM workflows, or microservices.
  
• Ability to design secure and compliant AI solutions using Salesforce governance layers.
  
• Excellent understanding of data engineering concepts, identity resolution, and SQL.
  
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with a focus on performance optimization.
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote-first environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLM-based solutions, prompt engineering, or conversational AI platforms.
  
• Exposure to Customer 360, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud.
  
• Knowledge of Python or Node.js for backend/API integrations is a plus.
