Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and grow the agency channel.
Develop and implement strategies to increase motor insurance penetration through agencies.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, brokers, and clients.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling general insurance products to existing customers.
Monitor performance metrics such as premium volume, policy count, and retention rates.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in agency management or similar role in the general insurance industry.
Strong understanding of motor insurance products and distribution channels (agency).
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions and improve performance metrics.
