Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Sales Manager located in Barasat. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales through agency channels, managing and mentoring a team of sales agents, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of set targets. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and training agents, monitoring their performance, conducting sales meetings, and building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Job Location - Barasat only

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management and developing sales strategies
• Skills in Agency Management and team leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work on-site in Barasat
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus
