Agency Partner / Financial Planning Advisor

Job Description: As a BFSI - Agency Partner / Financial Planning Advisor at loadncode in Pune - PCMC, you will be part of a contract hybrid position that offers flexibility for remote work. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around financial planning, LA / LI Agency partnerships, recruitment, and advisory services. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct daily meetings and calls, and ensure timely updates to customers on financial products. - Manage KPI/KRA effectively to drive performance. - Utilize previous experience in cold calling and marketing BFSI products to your advantage. - Welcome individuals with prior experience as a LIA with IR 38. Qualification Required: - Knowledge of IRDA, RBI, SEBI regulatory guidelines. - Basic graduation in any sector and a minimum of 15+ years of experience in any industry. - Financial planning expertise, strong communication skills, and understanding of the BFSI sector. - Experience in agency partnerships. - Certifications in financial planning or related fields such as IR38, NSE, etc., will be considered a plus.,
