Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve life insurance sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Promote life insurance products and services, tailoring offerings to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with policyholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand their life insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Manage client accounts, handling policy renewals, upgrades, and cross-selling additional products.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with insurance industry regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team activities to senior management.
