Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve life insurance sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
Promote life insurance products and services, tailoring offerings to meet client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with policyholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Conduct client meetings to understand their life insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Manage client accounts, handling policy renewals, upgrades, and cross-selling additional products.
Ensure all sales activities comply with insurance industry regulations and company policies.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team activities to senior management.
