Agency Manager - Insurance

As an Associate Agency Manager, your role involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents or advisors to drive sales, achieve targets, and establish a strong agent network for sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents. - Provide comprehensive training and development to the recruited advisors. - Drive sales through advisors to meet and exceed business targets. - Monitor and support advisors in achieving their goals. - Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. - Ensure high levels of motivation and engagement in the team. - Maintain compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies. - Plan and execute local marketing activities to generate leads.
