This position will focus specifically on developing and scaling relationships with the key agencies Expectations/ Requirements 1. Consult with Agencies to help them leverage Paytm Ads to grow their clients businesses. 2. Work collaboratively with all levels across the agency community (from CXO to execution) to build mutually beneficial ways of partnering to accelerate client adoption of the platform and products 3. Advise and execute on Paytm’s agency go-to-market strategy with the objective of maximizing long-term revenue into our Marketing Solutions business 4. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Marketing is preferred. Real estate marketing experience is highly desirable. 3 to 6 years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand excellence. Skills: Strong knowledge of real estate marketing strategies, buyer behavior, and industry trends. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
