Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Development Officer, located in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Agency Development Officer will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with agents, ensuring they achieve their sales targets, and organizing regular training sessions to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills. The officer will also conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and work towards growing the company's market share in the region. The role involves regular monitoring of agent performance and providing feedback and support to help them succeed.
