Agency Development Managers (Life Insurance)

As an Insurance Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches. You will be required to coordinate between the Bank and the company, ensuring smooth operations from lead generation to policy conversion. Your role will involve following up with the Operations of Banks and building mutually beneficial relationships to help in the acquisition of clients. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching - Handling objections and grievances, providing timely solutions - Guiding and mentoring new team members with required deliverables and company values Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales preferred This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
