Agency Development Managers (Life Insurance)

As an Insurance Sales representative working through assigned Bank Branches, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate between the Bank and our company for the entire process from lead generation to policy conversion. This includes effectively liaising with the Bank's Operations team and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved. Your role will also involve building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with the Bank to facilitate client acquisition. You will be required to gather and analyze customer requirements in order to pitch our products effectively. Handling objections and grievances from clients in a timely manner and providing appropriate solutions will be a key part of your daily tasks. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring new team members, helping them understand the required deliverables and instilling our company values in them. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule. The role offers health insurance coverage, as well as a performance bonus. We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in sales. The work location is in person.
