Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage agency channel sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Develop and maintain relationships with existing agents to increase business opportunities. Identify new agent recruitment prospects through tied channels (bank branches) and develop strategies for successful onboarding. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to insurance products. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in agency development, management, or sales within the insurance industry. Strong understanding of tied channel distribution networks and ability to leverage them effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
