Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Aftersales Manager. The Aftersales Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing aftersales services, and enhancing the customer service experience. Daily tasks include analyzing aftersales data, addressing customer inquiries, and working closely with the sales team to improve overall service quality.
